1. Wide Stance Squat to 12 inch Box (each rep sit down on box then shoot back up)
245 x 2
315 x 2

415 x 2
445 x 2 felt like I could of done 3 to 5 reps

2. Hanging Leg Ups- BW x 2 x 5 sets

3. 18 inch Rack Dead Lift-
495 x 2,
565 x 2,
635 x 2,
710 x 2,
785 x 1

4. Reverse Hypers- BW x 16 x 5 sets
wore no belt, no suit, no wraps

Time 22 min BW- 259

I was totally drained each day from the heat, high humidity, and the work.

ME Lower Mon June 26, 2017

1. Wide Stance Squat to 12 inch Box (each rep sit down on box then shoot back up)
245 x 2
315 x 2
395 x 2
425 x 2
460 x 2 From 245 thru 425 they felt supper explosive. Thought 460 would fly but I kind of lost concentration.
So 460 just felt good but not like all the other sets. Felt like I could of done 1 to 2 more reps.

2. Hanging Leg Ups- Body Weight x 2 x 5 sets

3. 18 inch Rack Dead Lift-
520 x 2,
590 x 2,
660 x 2,
740 x 2,
815 x 2 (These felt like I could of done 20, 30 lbs more)

4. Reverse Hypers- Body Weight x 17 x 5 sets

I wore no belt, no suit, and no wraps.

Time 20 min BW- 258
