Shoulder pain

Postby kodeeblue1 » Mon Apr 10, 2017 7:19 pm

So pretty as long as I've been working out I've had shoulder pain. Well at least since high school I don't really remember having pain before that. Anyway it's not overly painful more irritating then anything. It's more of a deep burning sinsation really. But it happens anytime I do anything upper body. And worse anytime I do anything over 5 reps. Anyone else have this problem?

Ya, but I'm like a 100 years old so I am supposed to have shoulder pain. How is your shoulder mobility?

I used to have a lot of shoulder pain but got it better by improving my mobility with a good warm up

I am also a fan of doing a lot more shoulder isolation movements such as 3 way dumbbell raises and face pulls (done correctly)

Of course this isn't medical advice and it helps to get the issue actually looked at..

No that's kinda what I figured. It seems like the better shape I'm in the less it hurts. But then you gotta fight through it to get in better shape lol

Good as far as I know lol I can throw a softball and stuff like that just fine. What sort of mobility should you have?

Did that warm up and it was 10 times better then before. There was a little irritation but no where near as bad as before.

And those 3 way shoulder raises are now my new favorite least favorite exercise lol

Thanks for the advice probably some of the best I've ever had
